					<description><![CDATA[I  Served under Rear Admiral &quot;Chico&quot; Roberts ,at RNAS Culdrose in `64-65.  (When I was the Air Eng. Workshops Officer..............and a sea fishing associate).  I well remember the instructions to repaint the Yachting club`s (Safety cutter),  Dayglow Red,  so as to allow easy search and find, if we were at sea fishing and he was required to be picked up by the `Chopper`.    
   My wife also remembers the flowers sent by Mrs. Roberts  ,within two hours of the birth of my daughter, in 1964, when we were in Married quarters at Culdrose.  A geat &quot;Skipper&quot; to have known .  A sad loss to the Fleet.  Peter Squibb.........
