A North American NA-68 (registered F-AZHD, a T-6G converted into an NA-68 and painted as a French Navy F6F Hellcat for a 1992 movie) crash-landed yesterday in a field near Mont-près-Chambord near the city of Blois. Sources are unclear on the matter, but it would seem the pilot was either uninjured or only slightly injured.

The aircraft is part of France’s Flying Warbirds collection and is well-known to the public due to its regular appearances at the annual airshow in La Ferté-Alais.
